I can’t find the product I’m looking for on your site, can I get it custom ordered?

We only display some of our inventory online, but we offer many other products beyond the ones displayed on our website. Please visit our website to see the suppliers we work with. If the product is available from a supplier, we may be able to custom order it for you. To place a custom order, please contact us at or give us a call at 905-523-5250. Some products may have minimum quantity requirements.

If I find a product I want on your website, can I then come into your store to purchase it?

Unfortunately, we do not have all of our online stock in store at our location. To check if we have an item in store, give us a call and we can take a look. If we do not have the product, we can usually order it in for you.


I’m not a restaurant, can I still buy from you?

Absolutely! Chris’ Store Fixtures is more than happy to help you find the right solutions for your home kitchen or the right gift for the kitchen lover in your life.

How can I get an account on your site?
